- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a current Employees Club Member with at least 3 months of continuous payroll or pension deductions. If you do not meet this criteria, please contact help@employeesclub.com for assistance before you begin registration.
- Must be an active or retired employee of the City of Los Angeles, DWP or an active CA State Employees Club Member.
- Must not have an outstanding balance with Zebit, Corp Jewelers or other purchase programs.
- Must have a mobile phone to register and secure your account due to a multi-factor authentication requirement.

LACEA Insurance Services, Inc., doing business as the Employees Club of California ("the Club"), has entered into an agreement with KSS Commerce, LLC. Through this agreement, approved registrants are authorized to set up an Authorized Purchase Account. KSS will invoice all orders placed on such accounts directly to the Club and will not collect any payment directly from members. The Club will apply a 6% Convenience Fee on top of the total order amount. This Convenience Fee, along with the order total, will be deducted from the member’s payroll in equal installments over three (3) months. For example, if the order total is $300, the Club will apply a 6% Convenience Fee ($18), resulting in a total repayment amount of $318. This would be deducted as three monthly payments of $106, or six semi-monthly payments of $53. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 0%.
